Kelly took to her Twitter earlier this evening to tell her fans: “It's a sad Day but I wanted to share with you that David and I are no longer engaged. I love and respect him and wish him all the best.”
Earlier this month, we reported how David was NOT best impressed after Kelly’s tell all autobiography Close Up was published.
We don’t think it helped when she admitted she wasn’t quite sure her former Gladiator beau was the one for her either.
“Sometimes I just get a bit cynical and go, ‘Oh, is this really The One? I don't know,’” Kelly said during an interview.
Ouch.
Bizarrely, Kelly doesn't actually seem too sad - as she posted this Instagram picture of herself earlier with the caption “amazing night” before tagging in six of her mates.
David has yet to react to the now very public news.
The couple have just returned from a romatic break away in Mykonos, in Greece, where they both shared a load of loved up snaps with their fans.
