What a lovely way to start the weekend! Ginger Spice Geri Halliwell has just tied the knot with F1 boss Christian Horner in a lavish ceremony in Woburn Abbey. The bride shunned that Union Jack wedding dress we were all praying for (we're kinda disappointed, we're not gonna lie) in favour of a tulle creation by Phillipa Lepley which featured intricate lace sleeves and the skirt of dreams. Geri carried a pretty pastel posy of spring roses and teamed her divine dress with natural make-up and gold heels. Gezza's flower girl was her little daughter, Bluebell Madonna, who had her own celebration yesterday in the form of her ninth birthday. Happy wedding day, Geri! If Christian wants-to-be your lover and spice up your life for good, he'd better say he'll be there (sorry - but we can only imagine the speeches won't be much better with all sorts of Spice puns aplenty just waiting to be unleashed).
Will Ginger now be known as Geri Horner? Geri Halliwell-Horner? Or just remain Geri Halliwell? Only time will tell...
