James 'Arg' Argent, boyfriend to Gemma Collins, has reportedly revealed that amidst his plans for the year ahead, joining next years Dancing On Ice crew isn't off the cards!
It looks like Arg has taken inspiration from The GC's controversial run on the show, telling The Sun that in order to take part next year he wants to lose a whopping SEVEN STONE. 😱
Speaking to The Sun, The TOWIE star said, "By this time next year I'd be a year and a half sober, so I'd be in a pretty good position to do it."
Speaking of Gemma's view on him taking part in the ITV show, he said "Gemma would love to see me do the show, purely for the fact that I'd go through everything that she's gone through."
The 31-year-old claimed he is starting his diet this week (aren't we all, James) and plans to go to boot camp to "kick start" his fitness journey.
James and Gemma met on ITV 2's The Only Way Is Essex back in 2011, and a year later began their turbulent on-off relationship.
Gemma took to Instagram yesterday (Thursday, 14th February) to share an eye-watering Valentine's Day message to her man, writing, Many a year I spent wondering will I be alone forever .... when he was there under my feet all along ..... so girls don’t worry when the times right it all happens ❤️ @real_arg ...... I just want to say how unbelievably proud I am of you how hard you have worked yourself back to sobriety and achieving again .........THE ARG BAND is BACK and made me laugh when you called me darling on national tv @thismorning 😝😝😝 I told you it wouldn’t be easy back then you had a long road in front of you but I did tell you it was going to be worth it ❤️ thank you for making my day so special ....... you do spoil me too much really 🌹❤️🌹 so proud of you 🌹❤️🌹 #happyvalentinesday❤️" [sic]
After rumours of a potential engagement, Gemma has also since spoken of her plans to start a family.
The 38-year-old was unfortunately booted off Dancing On Ice last week (Sunday, 10th February) after an emotional rollercoaster of a journey on the popular skating show.
