Is Katie Price heading for Celebrity Big Brother in Australia?

Katie – who won British CBB in January – is touted to be in line to star in the Australian version of the reality show.

Katie Price has a huge Aussie following and would be a big coup for the network,” an insider told the Sun. “Appearing in the series would help increase her profile further, but any deal has to be on her terms.”

We’re sure the Pricey will work out a good deal. We wouldn’t expect any less really.

Last month the mum-of-five revealed she was heading down under for around four months later this year so it really could be on the cards.

“I’ve got something big coming up in Australia, so I’m going to be there for, I think, around three months,” the former glamour model said. “I have a big job happening. I have a project over there and so I can’t wait to come over.”

Now Aussie CBB doesn’t last that long – although it would be amazing if it did – so maybe Kate’s got her fingers in some other pies. It wouldn’t be surprising.

It’s not known yet what Katie’s ex – and father to her children Princess and Junior – Peter Andre thinks of this move yet. The pair share custody of the two kids and taking them over to Australia may not be something Pete’s going to be happy about.

Although Peter has family out in Aus, with his fiancée Emily MacDonagh and their latest addition to the family, Amelia, being settled in the UK, it seems unlikely he’ll be following them out there. Plus, his work commitments in the UK could tie him down.

Now, we don’t want to be too presumptuous but…we predict a riot.
