There have been endless conspiracy theories surrounding Tupac Shakur’s death. The rapper died back in 1996 after a drive by shooting but there are some individuals who refuse to believe he’s really dead.
Some people have claimed to have seen him living it up in New Zealand and Cuba. Others reckon he’s under witness protection with the FBI and is living out his days under a new identity.

But now a new theory has come to light. A retired police officer has claimed that he helped 2Pac fake his own death. And was paid a massive $1.5million to do it.
David Myers, who’s currently in a critical condition in hospital, made the claim and said he wanted the world to know what really happened.
“The world needs to know what I did,” David said. “I’m ashamed that I let a price be put on my word and I cannot die without letting the world know.”
David claims that he helped him fake his death and said that around 30 people were involved – including a 2Pac body double who was taken to the morgue. He also alleged that Suge Knight – who’s currently awaiting jail for murder – played a part in the scam.
But tonight his claims have been brought into disrepute, as one website reporting David’s claims is using a fake picture of him in hospital. Weird, right?
2Pac was shot multiple times in a drive by shooting in Las Vegas on 7 September 1996. Earlier that evening he was reported to have been involved in an argument with a gang member at a boxing match.
