Sophie Knight worked as the Group Commercial Content Editor for Bauer Media, working across many of Bauer's high-profile brands including Mother&Baby, Yours, Heat, Closer, Empire, CAR, Parkers, MCN, and launching WhatsTheBest.

Having been in media for nearly two decades, Sophie was previously Digital Editor for Mother&Baby, Consumer Editor for Parkers.co.uk and worked on brands including Today's Golfer, CAR Magazine, Your Dog Magazine, and Teddy Bear Scene - so no subject is off-limits. Sophie is mum to one son, Eli, and a daughter Matilda, who both help out with rigorous product reviewing at home.

Now, Sophie has taken her love for family life to a new level by becoming a Hypnobirthing teacher, teaching expectant parents how to have a calm, confident and positive birth with a complete antenatal preparation programme. You can find her on Instagram.
