One of the presenters of 60 Minute Makeover, Michelle Watt, has been found dead in her home at the age of 38.
She was discovered unresponsive in the house she shares with her husband and daughter on Wednesday night, and police have confirmed there was nothing suspicious about her death.
It is now thought the talented presenter took her own life.
Tributes have been flooding in from Michelle's fellow TV hosts, including Lorraine Kelly, who tweeted: "Absolutely shocked to hear of death of Michelle Watt.
"Lovely woman and a fantastic mum. Thoughts with her family and everyone who loved her."
Michelle, who also presented Junior Eurovision on ITV, along with STV’s The Hour and Cupid Club, was the daughter of boxing legend Jim Watt, who now works as a Sky Sports boxing commentator.
She and husband Paul Kerr have a five-year-old daughter called Jaymi, and live in Stirlingshire, Scotland.
Jaymi was named for her uncle, Michelle’s brother Jim Jr, who tragically died in a car accident in 1995 at the age of 17.
Five years ago, Jim Sr opened up about the family’s devastating loss, saying it was the lowest point of his life.
“You shouldn't bury your children - your children should bury you,” he said.
“That was horrendous. My wife has been left in a terrible state. She'll never get her head around it. The way I get my head around it was the way I've pretty much dealt with my whole life.
“He was 17 and it was a car accident. I'd just got him the car a couple of months before.”
Last night, Jim and his wife Margaret were said to be too upset to speak about their loss of Michelle.
