Adele has wowed fans by dressing up as her idol Dolly Parton, and looks totally unrecognisable in a photo she's uploaded to Twitter and Instagram.
The 'Hello' singer posted the photo of herself wearing a big blonde wig and a dusty pink trouser suit with a white blouse. Adele captioned the photo, 'The effortless queen of song, Dolly Parton! We love you! We wish We could possess an ounce of your ability. You were the hero of our night! A hero of my life. I'll always love you x'.
Her photo immediately received thousands of comments including many calling her a 'queen' and other responding with heart emojis, '❤️❤️❤️❤️'.
Although Adele has yet to reveal why she dressed up as Dolly, fans were curious, with one fan even asking whether it was for a special occasion, or 'Are you walking around the house like that?'.
To which another fans jokingly replied, 'That's for gardening babe! 😱'.
Another fan responded with a gif of Dolly Parton saying, 'QUEEN OF QUEENS'.

Although Adele has been quiet on the music scene for a while, she has been busy visiting other celebrity friends. Recently she was pictured visiting Celine Dion, who has been ill with the flu. Wearing a black top with Celine's face on it, Adele posed with Celine for a photo, which was later posted on Twitter.
Taking to Twitter the 'Think Twice' singer said, 'I had a pretty rough time during the last couple of weeks...a lot of people have been hit with cold and flu bugs... but I'm doing much better now. Wasn't able to do all my shows, but was thrilled that @Adele came to one of them.... I love her so much!! - Céline xx...'
During her music career Adele has released three number 1 albums and countless singles. Last year she concluded her 'Adele Live 2016/17' tour in London, when she made the devastating decision to cancel her last two shows of her tour.
In a statement posted to Instagram she said, ‘The last two nights at Wembley have been the biggest and best shows of my life… However, I’ve struggled vocally both nights. I had to push a lot harder than I normally do. I felt like I constantly had to clear my throat, especially last night'.
She continued 'I went to see my throat doctor this evening because my voice didn’t open up at all today and it turns out I have damaged my vocal chords. And on medical advice, I simply am unable to perform over the weekend. To say I’m heart broken would be a complete understatement'.
