Rumour has it (geddit) that Adele is set to headline Glastonbury next summer.

According to reports, the 25-year-old superstar is part of a ‘mix’ of artists set to nab one of the sought after headliner slots at the famous summer festival.

Martin Elbourne told Loaded: “There’s lots of talk about Adele and it’s in there in the mix.”

He added: “Adele is in a situation in her career where frankly she can do whatever the hell she likes. Hopefully it will happen and it still needs confirmed. She’s not into festivals but obviously, every promoter in the world wants to get her so fingers crossed, we are hoping it’s going to happen.”

Adele’s people have yet to comment on the reports, but how EXCITING would it be if Adele managed to make the cut?

The mum-of-one previously spoke out about her anxieties should she land such a massive gig.

She explained to a UK radio station: “I think I have made myself pretty clear on Glastonbury. The crowds are too big – I don't know if I could do it.”

C’mon, you’ve won EVERY award there is and broken records, you can handle Glasto, Adele!
