Earlier this month, Love Island winners Amber Davies and Kem Cetinay called time on their five-month relationship. And now, Amber has opened up about their breakup and how she's coping with it.
Taking to Instagram to share her feelings, Amber said: “After having a break-up I'm going through all the normal things - I get upset, anxious, angry and I get nervous. All the things that any normal girl would go through.”
“I thought the best way to get my mind off things and concentrate on myself is to start working out and I couldn't believe how unfit I was."
“And then we came up with the idea of helping other girls going through break-ups or wanting to get fit or lose weight – something that's not too hard," she said on her Instagram story.
After going through her breakup, Amber decided to launch a fitness website, Strong Not Skinny, to help other gals going through breakups, and also to take her mind off of Kem.
The reality star is following in the footsteps of other Love Islanders like Gabby Allen and Kady McDermott who also have their own exercise projects.
Over the course of five months, Kem and Amber had a whirlwind romance so we can only imagine how tough their breakup has been. So if fitness is helping Amber heal, then we're all for it!
