Confirming what teen boys have known for years, actress Amy Schumer recently proved there is no greater come back than a good ol’ fashioned ‘your mum’ joke.

Amz is currently doing the rounds promoting her upcoming film Trainwreck and during an interview for an Aussie radio station in Melbourne, Amy Schumer shut down a pretty offensive question from one of the presenters. Go on gal.

The interview was plodding along nicely with hosts Matt Tilley and Jen Hall asking Amy questions about surfing and putting shrimps on barbies (or at least we assume that’s what interviews consist of Down Under) when things started to go a bit downhill.

“Do you have the word ‘skanky’ in America?” Matt asked the actress.

“We do have that word. What made you think about your mom? Why did she just pop in to your mind?” responded Amy, clearly v unimpressed. Awks.

Despite Matt’s insistence he wasn’t trying to offend her, Amy was not happy.

“Whatever you’re trying to do, you are. That’s a rude question.”

Ouch. Maybe try not insulting your guests next time, eh?
