Anne Hathaway is pregnant with her first child with husband of three years Adam Shulman, it’s been reported.
The 33-year-old Hollywood star is thought to be around four or five months pregnant, and while she hasn’t officially spoken out about the happy news, a number of sources have told US media that she’s expecting.
One told E! News: “Anne is in her second trimester and feeling great.”
It’s thought the couple, who got married back in 2012, have been looking forward to becoming parents for ages now, with Anne telling an interviewer last year: “I’ve wanted to be a mother since I was 16, but I also just knew I wanted to have a career as well.
“So now I think that I’m getting to an age when I don’t know exactly when that moment will be but I think I’m coming upon it.”
She also told the Telegraph in 2012 that she “gotta get on it” if she was going to have “a family of a certain size”, adding: “I’d like to have as many as I can afford, not just financially but in terms of time, because you want to make sure each one feels special.
“I’ve had one goal in mind for the past 12 years, which is: get a movie, get a movie, get a movie. Now I might have to say: get a baby, get a baby, get a baby.”
