Ant McPartlin will not appear in court tomorrow (April 4th) as planned as his hearing has been postponed.
The presenter - who missed the penultimate episode of Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway last weekend after stepping down from TV commitments - was due to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on a drink driving charge; though an administration officer has confirmed the hearing's been adjourned.
Speaking to Metro.co.uk, they explained: "The new date of hearing has not yet been confirmed."
Ant was charged with drink driving on March 21st, with a statement from the Metropolitan Police reading: 'A man has been charged following a road traffic collision in Lower Richmond Road, SW14 that occurred on Sunday, 18 March.
'Anthony McPartlin, 42 (18.11.75) of Chiswick has been charged by postal requisition on Wednesday, 21 March with drink driving. He will appear at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on 4 April.'

In 2015 Dec married his longtime manager Ali Astall and Ant was, of course, best man. And in July 2006, Dec acted as best man at Ant's wedding to make-up artist Lisa Armstrong. Ant and Lisa, however, filed for divorce this month after 11 years of marriage.
As Ant returned to rehab and stepped down from presenting duties for the 'foreseeable future,' ITV released a statement explaining: "ITV has taken a joint decision with Ant and Dec’s team not to broadcast Saturday Night Takeaway this weekend.
"We will be reviewing options for the last two episodes of the series (March 31 and April 7) which would not feature Ant who is taking time off to seek treatment. We very much hope that he gets the help that he needs."
Declan Donnelly hosted last weekend's episode of Saturday Night Takeaway without Ant, telling viewers: "Thank you for that very, very warm welcome. I really appreciate it...I've got twice the amount of work to do."
