Ant McPartlin is said to be doing well with his rehabilitation after his drink drive arrest.
The TV presenter entered rehab after he was arrested for drink driving following an accident in London last month.
He pleaded guilty in court, was fined £86,000 and walked away with a 20-month driving ban.
However this time around, doctor's will have the final say on when Ant returns to work, rather than TV bosses.
The Britain's Got Talent host entered rehab for alcohol addiction last summer and his loved ones believe he returned to work too soon.

While Ant is in a "good place," those around him want to make sure he only goes back to work when he is ready.
A source told the Sunday Mirror, “Ant is doing really well and all of his friends think he is in a much better place.
“But this time doctors, not TV bosses, will decide.”
Following his arrest last month, Ant gave a heartfelt apology to the police, saying, "I'm very sorry I did this. I'm ashamed and mortified that this happened."
His co-host Declan Donnelly went on to present the remaining Saturday Night Takeaway episodes alone.
We're glad to hear you're on the mend, Ant!
