The world was rocked by the tragic news a week ago that US rapper Mac Miller had been found dead after an overdose.
Friends, families and fellow musicians all paid tribute to him - including his ex-girlfriend Ariana Grande, who simply posted a black and white photo of him a day after his death.
Devastatingly, Ariana has been forced to turn comments off all of her Instagram posts after being the victim of vicious trolling blaming her for his death.
However, Ariana has now posted another tribute to Mac - whose real name was Malcolm McCormick - who she was with for two years up until earlier this year and is now engaged to comedian Pete Davidson.
Taking to Instagram, she posted a loving video of Mac with the heartbreaking caption: "I adored you from the day I met you when I was nineteen and I always will. I can’t believe you aren’t here anymore. I really can’t wrap my head around it.
"We talked about this. So many times. I’m so mad, I’m so sad I don’t know what to do. You were my dearest friend. For so long. Above anything else. I’m so sorry I couldn’t fix or take your pain away. I really wanted to.
"The kindest, sweetest soul with demons he never deserved. I hope you’re okay now. Rest."
The video has been viewed almost 23 million times - and despite turning the comments off to avoid trolling, Ariana has been supported by no less than 7 million likes.
This comes after Ariana's brother Frankie took to Instagram to share his own tribute, thanking Mac for supporting him through his own addiction struggles.
Our thoughts are with Ariana and Mac's family and friends at this difficult time.
