In a clip released on YouTube on Monday, the Stan star – who’s promoting his new album Shady XV – rapped:
“I may fight for gay rights, especially if they dyke is more of a knockout than Janay Rice/ Play nice? Bitch I’ll punch Lana Del Rey right in the face twice, like Ray Rice in broad daylight in the plain sight of the elevator surveillance.”
Lana’s fans didn’t take too kindly to his words and neither did Azealia, who told Eminem to head back to his trailer park with his sister.
Touché.
Lana hasn’t responded to Eminem’s nasty outburst yet but previously spoke about how much she admired him as a performer.
“He really changed my life,” she told RnB Junk.
“I didn’t know music could be intelligent. He wasn’t just rhyming for rhyme’s sake. That made me think I could actually talk about the way things actually were. He’s a genius.”
Yeah, we’d maybe retract that statement, Lana.
