When news broke that there was going to be a Beauty and the Beast live action remake with Emma Watson as Belle, we were totally cool about it.
Dancing around the room to *Be Our Guest, yelling out lines from the Gaston song, *and retreating into the attic to find the giant Chip cup we purchased at *Beauty and the Beast On Ice * is totally cool, and normal, right?
Now, Josh Gad (Olaf the Snowman from Frozen, and LeFou in the new film) has shared the first photo of the cast all together - and it's made us even happier that Disney decided to make a non-cartoon version of the film.
Gad posted the photo of Emma Watson (Belle), Dan Stevens (Beast), Luke Evans (Gaston), and Kevin Klein (Maurice) to his Instagram - and LOOK how much fun they are having on set.
Since we told you about the remake, more cast members have been added - Sir Ian McKellan is going to be Cogsworth. Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts and Gugu Mbatha-Raw is Plumette. We don't have a Lumiere as of yet - watch this space for that announcement.
Until then, let's hope the cast keep us posted with more candid on set shots - the film isn't out until 2017.
