Ever wondered what it’s like to live like a Victoria Secret model? If the life of international model Bella Hadid is anything to go by, maintaining that VS angel figure surprisingly involves a fair share of junk food but also A LOT of time in the gym.

Bella appears to be a bit of a food fanatic, regularly posting pictures of her indulging in pizza, burgers and ice-cream on her social media. This is really refreshing, knowing that Bella clearly loves a bit of cheese and chocolate as much as the rest of us. What we really want to know is, is she team Indian or team Chinese takeaway?

Obviously, with a body like that though, there HAS to be a catch.

Bella is only human after all, and doesn’t get the peach she wants by sitting on it. The 20-year-old model regularly works out with her personal trainer Rob Piela, alongside model sister Gigi, engaging in moves such as squats, ab crunches and even boxing sessions.

Bella reveals she trains HARD in the gym: “When I work out I love to work out. I train and I work out hard for two hours” she told E! News, whilst gorging on a doughnut, apparently. Well, by the sound of her gym sessions, she deserves at least 20 doughnuts TBH.

With Bella’s crazy work schedule (if she’s not walking the runway she’s out and about with bezzie mates Kendall Jenner and Hailey Baldwin), you’d think she could do with a calming influence, but apparently, Bella steers clear of yoga. "I don't like to do the whole yoga thing. I think yoga is calming and it's amazing, but if I am going to go for it I am going to go hard," she explains.

Although, Bella also admits, "I wouldn't say I get out of bed and I am like, 'I am going to go work out!' but when I get to the gym—rock and roll” (who does think of working out as soon as they wake up though? Honestly…).

Well, at least we can relax now knowing that we don’t have to put down ALL of the office snacks, as long as we can fit in a Bella inspired gym session now and again.

Pass us the dumbbells (and the doughnuts).
