Christmas is now over, it's time to put the chocolate and mince pies down and think up some good New Year's resolutions.

Ben Affleck's infamous Gone Girl nude scene has been given the chop from January's DVD release. What a sad year we have ahead.
Director David Fincher has agreed not to include the clip which includes the actor's peen because he thinks a version suitable for a wider audience will increase sales.
A source told US publication OK Magazine: "The fact that his bits even made it on to the big screen was an oversight.
"That's why David has taken great care to make sure nothing else slips into the extended cut."
Ah, well. At least the we still have the internet to help us...
