Congratulations are in order AGAIN for Ben Haenow - The X Factor champ has scored the Christmas No. 1 with his debut single Something I Need.
The singer, who triumphed on the television talent show last week, released the One Republic cover and beat the likes of Bruno Mars, Mark Ronson and Olly Murs to the top spot on the chart.
The song was the second fastest selling single of the year, shifting a massive 214,000 copies.
Ben said: “I’m gonna go and have a few good drinks with my mates – definitely more than a few good drinks to really celebrate! I’m absolutely shocked, I can’t believe it.”
The star keeps the tradition of X Factor winners reaching the top of the chart at Christmas with former champs Sam Bailey and James Arthur doing the same previously.
