The BeyHive is not happy! Beyonce fans jump to singer’s defence as ‘unretouched’ L’Oreal photos are leaked

Beyonce isn’t called Queen Bey for nothing, you know – it’s because she’s pretty amazing.

And her fans, who call themselves the BeyHive, have jumped to her defence after what appeared to be unretouched pictures were leaked online.

The singer looked, er, normal in the pictures – which are thought to have come from a 2013 make-up advertising campaign for L’Oreal – and showed natural blemishes before they were photoshopped.

One unhappy fan tweeted in disbelief: “Those Beyonce pictures can’t be real right?”

Another devotee wrote: “Those unretouched pictures of Beyonce look like they have been touched to make her look more awful than she really is!”

Someone else posted: “Beyonce is beautiful. Have seen 1000s of pictures of her on tv to know that. Anybody can have a few bad pictures.”

Taking an entirely different stance, another fan wrote: “I love the unedited pictures of Beyonce that were leaked cause she looks like a normal human and it makes me feel better about myself lol.”

The photos were originally published on a Beyonce fan site but were removed within in an hour.

Website bosses backed up their original decision, insisting Beyonce is beautiful no matter what.

A statement read: “We were just posting the photos to share the fact that our queen is naturally beautiful, at the same time she is just a regular woman.”
