So the time has come...we have finally been given a sneak peak of Disney's upcoming remastered Lion King film that ACTUALLY includes the magical voice of the one and only Beyoncé Knowles. The global superstar is featuring in the film as Nala, and takes center stage in the new trailer.

Taking to Twitter, Disney shared the 30-second clip. Referring to Nala's infamous line, they captioned the video, 'You have to take your place as king. #TheLionKing' [sic]

Sending tingles down our spines, Queen Bey can be heard quoting the well-known line, "Simba, you have to take your place as King. We need you. Come home."

Understandably, fans are going MAD. One replied saying, 'Alright I love that Beyoncé is Nala her voice is perfect' [sic], whilst another wrote, '🦁 omg 🦁 omg 🦁 omg 🦁' [sic].

Frozen 2

The first Frozen film was one of the most popular children's films of the decade, so it's no surprise that a sequel has been in the works since its release in 2013. Bringing back Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel as sisters Anna and Elsa, Frozen 2 will be released in the UK on 22nd November 2019.

As if that wasn't exciting enough, the 37-year-old's co-star Billy Eichner, who is featuring in the film as Timon, has teased fans even more about the 'Crazy In Love' singer's performance, saying, "I’ve heard her sing Can You Feel the Love Tonight? with Donald Glover and I’m telling you, it’s f---ing good.

"I don’t want to give too much away about that, they do not want us talking about it. I will just say that honestly, it made me cry and I was not expecting that." Say no more, Billy...

The Lion King will reportedly be hitting our screens mid-July, featuring other famous voices such as Donald Glover and Seth Rogen. EEK!
