Big Brother’s Chanelle McCleary and Hannah Agboola are reportedly at war over a song that was written during their time on the show.
Former Ex On The Beach contestant Chanelle became known for singing ‘Love, Peace and Harmony’ to her fellow housemates as she attempted to spread happiness amongst the programme’s contestants.
If an argument broke out in the house, Chanelle and Hannah would often launch into the improvised tune which included the lyrics “love, peace and harmony, that’s all we need, that’s all we need”.
The ditty became familiar with viewers of the show and Chanelle and Hannah are apparently hoping to cash in on its popularity by releasing it as a single.
However, the pair are said to have had a bitter spat over who owns the rights to the music after Chanelle announced her plans at the show’s final last week.
A source told The Sun: “Chanelle came in the green room and told Hannah she’d been offered a deal to release the song. She said it was her song and she will release it.
“Hannah had a minor tantrum saying it was her song, but both now say they are releasing ‘Love, Peace and Harmony’.
“It really was one of the most awkward moments of the series - and it wasn’t even filmed.
“Some of the housemates will be cringing at the prospect of them releasing the song and hope the conflict means they both can’t release it.
“So much for love, peace and harmony after all. They should take their own advice.”
It seems Chanelle may have taken note of the lyrics of the song as she tweeted that she and Hannah had not fallen out.
Speaking about her plans to record the song during a Facebook Live broadcast last week, Hannah said: “As it’s my song, a record label has contacted me.
“The single is coming out. Let’s say by next week. Everyone will have ‘Love, Peace and Harmony’ on their phone by then.”
Hmmm… if you say so…
