Emotions are running high. And it was all sparked off by this picture of Billie Faiers looking as far from post-natal as it's physically possible to be.

Yes, this is the same Billie Faiers who gave birth on July 9th - exactly three weeks ago today - and is somehow just as slender and streamlined as she was before falling pregnant with newborn daughter Nelly.

The TOWIE star looked svelte even as she left the hospital hours after giving birth, so it's really no surprise that she's already back in her pre-pregnancy clothes, but even so. COME ON, BILLIE. GIVE THE REST OF US A BREAK, YEAH?

She posted the selfie just before taking Nelly down to the office of her and sister Sam Faiers' Essex boutique Minnie's for a spot of buying.

Billie and her fiancé Greg Shepherd have been busy getting to know their new arrival, having taken her out for her first shopping trip to Bluewater at the weekend and showing her off to their friends. So seriously Billie - was your child actually delivered by a stork? We need to know.
