It has only been four months since Made In Chelsea's Binky Felstead gave birth to first daughter India with fellow co-star and boyfriend Josh 'JP' Patterson, but the tv star has already got back to her former slender frame...
Public service announcement: Binky is looking incredible, guys!
The 27-year-old evening dress connoisseur uploaded a video of her in a tiny two-piece after a gym workout to her Instagram Stories with the caption 'work out DONE!'.
Binky later uploaded an snap of her in shorts and a sports bra with a very down-to-earth caption, which mums everywhere will no doubt appreciate. She posted a picture of her tummy with the hashtag 'slowlysafelyhealthly' indicating she is trying to get her pre-baby figure the healthy way - NOT starving herself or working out 49283 times a week.
The the MIC star uploaded a video holding India and gigged saying 'it's worth it though!'
A week ago, Binks posted her workout to Instagram, including some 'ab rehab exercises'.
She said, 'I try and focus on more of the postnatal friendly work outs, because although I'm nearly fully recovered in terms of my abdominal separation and my pelvic floor...its still worth training smart in the first year after having a baby (after all, India wasn't small and my tummy went through quite a bit of stretching when I was pregnant!). '
