Here at heatworld we’re big fans of nice things – fun, sun, cocktails and, erm, boybands.
So, now that you know this, it tenuously leads us to bring you the news that Blue are starring in a new reality show.
The boys – Antony Costa, Lee Ryan, Duncan James and Simon Webbe – are set to appear on ITV2 show Blue Go Mad In Ibiza which will see them, ahem, all rise (geddit?) to the challenge of working in a beach bar in party hotspot San Antonio as they have 14 days to make the venue a success.
But the band - who may or may not be shouting: “Get your tits out for the laaaads” as they work because, you know, that’s what happens when some blokes go abroad – find themselves at the mercy of a chauvinistic head bar man and a flamboyant PR representative.
They soon realise they’re not there to have fun and find themselves in a series of dodgy situations which, hopefully, don’t involve Antony peeing on a cash point again while taking money out, remember that? Yes, it did happen. Great multitasking, Ant.
Speaking about the show, Blue piped up, all at once, in perfect unison: “We thoroughly enjoyed running the bar and definitely see a potential future in this for Blue, but we still can’t believe we were fooled into believing our closest confidantes were genuine!
“We’ve got into some unusual predicaments during our time in the band, but what the team tricked us into on the show was unbelievable… we’re still shocked we didn’t guess!”
Yes, it must have been a right old shock...
