Is Bobbi Kristina Brown finally waking up from her coma? Aunt says she’s “doing well”

Bobbi Kristina Brown could be showing signs of recovery almost a fortnight after being found face-down in a bathtub, despite doctors saying there was nothing more they could do for her.

According to Bobbi's aunt Leolah Brown – the sister of Bobbi's father Bobby Brown – the 21-year-old has been opening her eyes and "doing well", although she remains on life support.

"So many signs that she will be ok, despite what people are saying over the internet, Krissy is fine," Leolah told Fox 5 Atlanta.

"She’s opening her eyes and there's a few more things that she's doing. Krissy is doing well right now."

It comes just after the third anniversary of Bobbi's mum Whitney Houston's death, on which Bobbi was going to symbolically be taken off life support, according to earlier reports.

Leolah also shrugged off speculation that Bobbi could have harmed herself, saying: "Krissi would never do anything to herself. She loved life too much. She had too much going on. She had too much ahead of her."

Meanwhile, it's been announced that police are looking into the incident after marks were found around her mouth and on her chest by paramedics, although boyfriend Nick Gordon claims this was bruising from the CPR he and his friend Max Lomas tried to give her.

No-one has been charged or named as a suspect in the official investigation yet, though Leolah added that she'd told Bobbi "not to trust anyone".
