Friends and Family of Bobbi Kristina Brown attended an intimate funeral in Atlanta yesterday after she passed away last month.

Bobbi’s father Bobby Brown was joined by the 22-year-old’s loved ones as her life was celebrated at the St James Methodist Church, where Bobbi would often pray with her mother, the late singer Whitney Houston.

A picture of a smiling Bobbi was on the front of the order of the service, which was revealed by a friend, along with the words “I Also Will Always Love You”, a reference to Whitney’s hit song I Will Always Love You.

Donnie McClurkin’s Stand was sung at Bobbi’s funeral this weekend as it was at her mother’s funeral in 2012.

According to the Daily Mirror, one guest said: “It was beautiful. It was wonderful that Whitney was remembered too.”

A number of Bobbi’s friends and family paid tribute to the star by reading speeches during the service which lasted 41 minutes in total.

Bobbi’s uncle Tommy Houston made a speech and her grandmother Cissy sang The Lord is my Shepherd.

In addition, Monica and CeCe Winans, who also performed at Whitney’s funeral, sang Jesus Loves Me, another of the late singer’s hits.

At the end, Bobbi was let out of the church in a silver casket as Ave Maria was played on the bagpipes.

Bobbi died last month after a long battle in hospital after she was found unresponsive in the bath at her home in Atlanta.
