Bobby Brown the father of Bobbi Kristina Brown is hoping for "legal action soon" after the cause of his daughter's death was determined, but barred from being revealed to the public following a supreme court order.

Twenty-two year old Bobbi Kristina, who was the daughter of Whitney Houston, sadly died in July after spending six months in a coma.

Now her father has released a statement, in which he blames her boyfriend Nick Gordon for 'harming' Bobbi Kristina.

He said: "In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon.

"Mr. Gordon made headlines when he filed his Motion to Dismiss the lawsuit pending in Superior Court that seeks to hold him responsible for 40 Million Dollars in damages.

"However, the Motion was frivolous and instead of having it heard by the Court, he has chosen to withdraw the Motion, ending that matter so that he could avoid having to give his deposition which was scheduled for the day he withdrew the Motion. Mr. Gordon will now have to give his deposition under oath ...

"I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil lawsuit and hopefully the criminal action very soon."

Bobby has also revealed plans to set up a centre aimed at supporting women who are victims of domestic abuse. He previously stated that he feels he could have prevented Bobbi's death had he been there two days beforehand.
