It’s awards season, which means loads of celebs dress up in glamorous gowns, air kiss each other until their lips drop off and nip-slip their way down red carpets all over Los Angeles.
But who cares about the American ceremonies when there are far better things to get excited about?
And do you know what’s better? The Brit Awards, because they happen HERE. They take place IN THE UK, which is here, RIGHT HERE!
Tonight the Brit nominees are going to be announced at a special event in London, which will be broadcast on ITV1.
Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith are expected to get a nod as well as Clean Bandit and Royal Blood, who have also been nominated for a Mercury Prize.
The Brits are set to take place on February 25 and performers include Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Royal Blood and George Ezra.
Tonight’s nominations show will feature Clean Bandit and this year’s Critics’ Choice Award winner James Bay.
Nominations are broadcast tonight on ITV1 at 10.40pm.
