Is Britney Spears planning secret Vegas wedding with guy she’s been dating 8 MONTHS?

Britney Spears has been dating producer Charlie Ebersol for just eight months, but already the pair are reportedly planning a secret wedding ceremony in Las Vegas.

Britney and Charlie – who has a surname that sounds a lot like what you'd pick up in the pharmacy to treat a bum problem – are, according to Life & Style magazine, looking to get married on the quick in Vegas while she's there doing her residency.

"They talk about getting married all the time," said a source.

"Britney has never been happier than she is now with Charlie."

It wouldn't be the first time Brits worn a wedding dress in Vegas – remember back in January 2004 she got hitched to childhood friend Jason Allen Alexander, then had to get the marriage annulled 55 hours later because she "lacked understanding" of what had happened?

"[Britney] wants something simple but memorable, nothing too over-the-top," the insider explained, adding that the 33-year-old's guest list would be limited to close friends, family and her two boys, Sean and Jayden.

However, a different source told Gossip Cop the rumours are "not true" – though we're not sure exactly what that refers to. Either way, maybe hold off on buying a hat for the time being.
