Bruce Jenner’s legal woes are getting worse as it’s now claimed he could be facing a wrongful death lawsuit. The reality star – who’s currently in the process of changing his gender – was involved in a car crash in February which resulted in the death of Kim Howe.
Now, TMZ claim that Kim’s stepchildren are filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the 65-year-old reality star.
A representative for Bruce said they were not “aware of anything related to this matter” but it’s not looking good for Bruce if they do take him to court.
Currently, the incident is still under investigation and Bruce could face vehicular manslaughter charges. A re-enactment video shows Bruce’s Cadillac Escalade hitting the back of Kim’s vehicle, pushing her car into oncoming traffic.
After the accident, Bruce said in a statement: “My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident.
“It is a devastating tragedy, and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible.”
