Busta Rhymes has been charged with assault after he threw a protein shake at his local gym. Yes, a protein shake.
According to reports the drink (which was strawberry flavoured, FYI) was allegedly thrown at the female employee, by the rapper, at the Steel Gym in New York on Wednesday night.

It’s claimed the pair both threw water at one another during an argument before Busta – real name Trevor Tahiem Smith Jr – threw the drink at her. It allegedly hit her in the head. Luckily, it was in a cardboard container so it can’t have caused too much damage.
Busta’s attorney, Scott Leemon, has claimed the assault charge is an attempt to take advantage of how famous he is. “These allegations are a bunch of bull,” Scott said earlier. “I am confident he will be vindicated.”
It’s reported that Busta, 43, will appear in court on 6 November.
There are just so many unanswered questions. Why were was Busta throwing water at the gym assistant and vice versa. Why was he drinking out of a carton? Does he need anger management? The list is endless…
