Following a car accident in February, where one person died, Caitlyn Jenner is reported to be facing another lawsuit.

The crash – which happened in February – killed Kim Howe, 69, after her car was pushed into on-coming traffic. Following the incident, Caitlyn released a statement which read: “My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident.

“It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible.”

But now CNN claim Jessica Marie Steindorff, who was driving a car involved in the accident which was described as being like a chain reaction, is now seeking unspecified damages from Caitlyn. The lawsuit is claimed to label Caitlyn’s driving as “carelessly, recklessly and wantonly”.

Last month, two of the victim's step-children filed a wrongful death lawsuit which claimed Caitlyn was “careless and negligent”.

The news comes just one week after Caitlyn’s new look was revealed on the front cover of Vanity Fair. A documentary following her journey is expected to air later this month on E!.
