Caitlyn Jenner is being sued for a third time following the fatal car crash she was involved in earlier this year.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has had another lawsuit filed against her by the five people travelling in the Hummer vehicle that was hit by the white Lexus car Caitlyn crashed into.
The Wolf-Millesi family say they suffered physically and emotionally after the incident.
According to TMZ, the family claim: “Jenner acted recklessly, driving at an unsafe speed for road conditions.”
One family member says they “suffered a severe cervical fracture that left her permanently disabled”, a second claims they have “severe nerve damage” and a third says they suffered “blunt force trauma”.
It is also claimed a one-year old baby travelling in the family’s car was “not responding at the scene” but was taken to UCLA Medical Centre and survived.
The law firm handling the case told the website: “The emotional effects of being involved in a collision that has taken the life of another has caused tremendous distress and suffering."
One woman, Kimberley Howe, died and seven others were injured as a result of the crash which involved four vehicles travelling on California’s Pacific Coast Highway.
Kimberley’s adult stepchildren issued a wrongful death suit against the I Am Cait star and Hollywood agent Jessica Steindorff, the driver of a Toyota Prius also involved in the crash, which had come to a stop at an intersection for unknown reasons, also took legal action for physical injuries and loss of earnings.
