Caitlyn Jenner will not be facing manslaughter charges in relation to the fatal car crash she was in earlier this year.
According to documents released by the LA County DA – District Attorney – Caitlyn was not speeding when her car hit a Lexus which then spun into oncoming traffic.

The driver of the Lexus died at the scene, prompting many to speculate that Caitlyn's driving had something to do with it.
But while she braked just a bit too late, officials found her behaviour was not "unreasonable", according to TMZ.
Caitlyn's lawyer told the news site: "We believed from the start that a thorough and objective investigation would clear Caitlyn of any criminal wrongdoing
"We are heartened the District Attorney has agreed that even a misdemeanour charge would not be appropriate," he added.
"A traffic accident, however devastating and heart-breaking when a life is lost, is not necessarily a criminal matter."
