Calum Best on best behaviour in Celebrity Big Brother house to impress new crush Liz Hurley

If you were wondering why Calum Best seemed to be behaving rather wonderfully in the Celebrity Big Brother house, it’s because he’s turned a new leaf and is trying to leave his lothario reputation behind him so Liz Hurley will go on a second date with him.

The couple were spotted out on a date before he entered the CBB house, and he’s hoping 49-year-old Liz will be waiting for him when he gets out.

A friend of Calum, 33, told The Sun: “Calum has always fancied Elizabeth.

“They have a lot of mutual friends such as Patsy Kensit.

“After several Twitter conversations, he just asked her out.”

The couple were spotted “looking cosy” on a date at Blakes Hotel, West London at the beginning of January.

An onlooker told* The Sun*: “It was just the two of them together and they looked like they were having a great time.

“They looked like they were being very flirty and laughing at each other. Liz was dressed up in a very pretty outfit and seemed to find Calum very charming.

"When they were leaving they realised a photographer was outside so they left a bit apart.
