Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello's relationship is one of the most purest things in the celebrity world at the moment. The couple, who got together after collaborating on their recent hit 'Señorita', have decided not to speak publicly about their relationship - but it doesn't mean they're holding back on the PDA.
After their super steamy performance at the MTV VMA Awards last month, Camila revealed why she wouldn't be commenting publicly on her relationship with Shawn, telling ELLE, "I never want to open the door for people to feel like they are involved. I want it to be mine and his. That’s why I’m so tight-lipped about it: because I want to protect it."
And whilst they're not going to speak about it much, it hasn't stopped them taking to Instagram with a hilarious video of themselves kissing. After the couple noticed that people were mocking the way they kiss online, they've hit back - in a brilliant way.
Shawn told the camera, "So we saw on Twitter and stuff, you guys saying about the way we were kissing and how it looks weird. Like we kiss like fish," as Camila added that it "really hurt" their feelings before Shawn said, "We just want to show you how we really kiss."
They then proceed to kiss each other... Sort of. It has to be seen to be believed...
The clip has had over 5 million views in just three hours, with many famous faces taking to the comments section. Charlie Puth wrote, 'HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHHAHAHAHAH,' as One Direction star Niall Horan added a load of laugh-crying emojis.
OneRepublic singer Ryan Tedder wrote, 'Dude stop messing around and MAKE HER GUACAMOLE. Ur in Mexico for Gods sakes u have everything u need,' and girl band The Beaches jokingly compared them to the Twilight films, 'This is v similar to that first kiss between Bella & Edward.'
