For some strange reason Katie Hopkins managed to come second in Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year but it seems the professional blabbermouth’s popularity has waned – a campaign has been launched to get her out of the UK.
A crowdfunding effort has been set up called Air Tickets for Hopkins in a bid to buy the former Apprentice contestant a seat on a plane out of Britain.
The news comes after Katie said she’d leave the country if Labour Party leader Ed Miliband becomes the next Prime Minister.

During last night’s Battle for Number 10 leaders’ interviews on Channel 4 and Sky News, Katie tweeted about Mr Miliband, writing: “If this man is Prime Minister I will leave the UK.
“This man is not Great Britain. This is Russell Brand in a chuffing suit.”
Responding to her outburst, Twitter user HomoSocialist said he wanted to “raise enough money to see her on her merry way”.
He added: “Of course the money won’t go to Katie Hopkins, I’m sure she has made enough money from spouting her vitriol in UK media.
“However please show your support by donating and the money raised will be donated between a local food bank and a homeless charity in Salford.”
After hearing about the campaign, Katie tweeted: “Crowd funding me to LEAVE THE COUNTRY!!!! Thank you @HomoSocialist you cheeky whippet.”
