Talk about "major fail" - Caroline Flack shocked the world last night after she flashed her nipple in a make-up selfie.

Yes, The X Factor co-presenter's nipple was TOTALLY out and in FULL view.

Realising her mistake, all too late, the 35-year-old deleted her image, re-posting it and cropping out the nipular area.

She captioned her new shot: “Bloody el... Hair and make up by @gemflossy.”

And then Cazza's nipple is gone after she re-posts the cropped topless selfie.

It appears Cazza was getting ready for a night out with fellow X Factor co-worker, and Xtra Factor presenter, Rochelle Humes.

The pair enjoyed a night out at Simon Cowell's soiree, Syco End of Summer Party at the The Orangery in Kensington, London.

And aside from the teeny, weeny mishap prior to the posh evening party, it appears the selfie didn't get in the way of an absolutely stunning Caroline.
