Caroline Flack is instantly recognisable by her trademark look.
But the Love Island host shared a throwback snap on Instagram this week, in which she's almost unrecognisable.
Caroline, who is currently in an on/off relationship with Andrew Brady, can be seen posing alongside Jack Osbourne make-up free, proving she really is a natural beauty.
The presenter wrote alongside the snap that was posted to her Insta story, "Don't even know what year this is" and branded it 'vintage.'
While Flackers shows off a youthful glow, Jack also looks much younger and fuller-faced in the Insta pic.
Caroline and Jack struck up an unlikely friendship on Bo' Selecta! in 2000 and have remained pals since.
When the star headed to LA to meet a love interest, she claimed she arrived to discover he no longer looked "anything like the guy I had a romance with" and decided to ring up Jack for help.
She recounted, "The only person I knew in LA was Jack Osbourne because I met him on Bo' Selecta!, where he gave me his number and said, "If you're ever in LA give me a call".
"He's so nice, Jack – he was like, 'Where are you?' – and he said he would be there in 15 minutes, and he came and got me."
Caroline spent two weeks at the Osbourne family's home, where they looked after her for the duration of her trip.
The star recently headed back to London after this year's Love Island drew to a close and has since been battling her tumultuous relationship with her fiancé.
According to The Sun, she stormed out of a restaurant following an argument with her man.
