Remember when Caroline Flack and Olly Murs were announced as the new X Factor hosts last year, and everyone was really happy and excited about it (especially as it totally bolstered heat's Carolly campaign)?
Well, nearly everyone. Because there were just a handful of really mean fans who started yakking on about Caroline's weight before filming had even started.
And to her credit, she dealt with it there and then in the best way possible: telling them all to "f*ck off".
But now Caroline has opened up about the damage it did to her self-esteem, and how she almost had plastic surgery to address it.
Speaking to the Mirror at the launch of her new Speedo campaign, the Love Island host said she would "never say never" to going under the knife.
"When I was doing X Factor I actually had a consultation for liposuction," she revealed.
"I had to get the plastic surgeon tickets to the show and he came into my dressing room and I stood there while he inspected me. He took a good look at me and said, "You don’t need liposuction, you need exercise." But he did offer me bum implants."
So would she ever take up that offer? "Well, you never know," she added.
Ahead of next week's stint hosting Love Island (which returns to ITV2 on Monday 30 May at 9pm and we CAN'T WAIT), Caroline went on a massive health kick, took up hot yoga and cut out booze, sugar, gluten and dairy.
"I feel as if I have my confidence back and I never thought I'd feel like this again. It comes in waves, but in general I am much happier," she added.
