As the Celebrity X Factor prepares for its return to our screens after ten years away, the excitement is building up and the nation is ready to hear that iconic theme tune once more.
But former Hollyoaks star Jeremy Edwards, who is a contestant on the latest series, has revealed he's seen the first episode, and he's not happy with the judges comments.
The 48-year-old, who has been paired with ex-Strictly Come Dancing professional Brendon Cole to form a band aptly called Cole and Edwards, said he wasn't used to the criticism, and was very honest in confessing it wasn't "necessary."
Speaking to The Mirror, Jeremy said, “This was just me, I can’t speak for Brendan on this… Brendan is more used to it than I am.
"They edited down quite a lot of what Howie [Mandel] said and I’m gonna be completely honest with you, I don’t think a lot of it was necessary."

Strictly romance rumours as AJ calls Saffron Barker a 'hot blonde'
This is the latest Celebrity X Factor news, following Jeremy's fellow contestant Ben Foden revealing he wants his ex-wife Una Healy to join the live studio audience and watch him on the show.
The ex-rugby player, who split with Una this year following cheating rumours, told The Sun, "Obviously my kids, I’d love to get them down to the show. I’ll ask Una whether she’ll come or not, and then we’ll see. Obviously my wife will come as well and she’ll support me."
"Una was always really supportive of me doing singing and stuff.
"I did singing on All Together Now and League Of Their Own, and Una was always very supportive of me doing that.
"She’d always, like, coach me a little bit. But she doesn’t have very much patience with me because I’m not the best singer. She’d be like, 'do this' and I’m like 'I don’t know what that is,' and she’d be like: 'everyone knows what that is in the singing industry'."
The X Factor: Celebrity starts this Saturday 12th October on ITV at 8.35pm.
