But she wasn’t always so confident about them. In high school, her natural 34DDs were the cause of some anxiety, as she recalled, ‘I used to feel uncomfortable about how big my boobs were, I used to say that when I turned 18, I was going to get a boob job to make them smaller. My mom told me, ‘Don't do it. You'll regret it in college. And I'm so glad I didn't. I like them. They're my best friends!’
Sydney, who has apparently claimed to have the ‘best boobs in Hollywood’, added, ‘Flaunt what you got. Own it. Love them!’
Salma Hayek
With some of the biggest boobs in celebsville, Eternals star Salma Hayek has often been accused of having surgery. But following years of hurtful gossip, she went on the record four years ago to insist that she’s all natural – though she admits she understands the doubters.
‘A lot of people said that I had breast augmentation. I don’t blame them! My boobs were smaller! So was the rest of my body,’ she explained on Red Table Talk. ‘For some women, they get smaller. But there are some women that when you gain weight, your boobs grow, and other women that when you have children and you breastfeed your boobs grow and they don’t go back down, and then in some of the cases when you are in menopause, they grow again. I just happen to be one of those women that it happened in every single step! When I gain weight, when I got pregnant and when I am in menopause.’
But she’s quick to warn of the downsides of having enormous hooters as she discussed the pain she’s suffered. Revealing how her boobs have increased by, ‘Many, many sizes’ over the years, she added, ‘and my back has been really suffering from it. And not a lot of people talk about this.’

She caused a storm of controversy recently over whether she actually did go into outer space – and it wasn’t the first time Katy had been at the centre of ‘fake’ claims.
Following speculation that she’d had a boob job to achieve her perfect 32D chest, Katy set the record straight and flat out denied it - though she did admit to having fillers under her eyes!
Katy said, ‘all of my assets are real’ before adding, ‘I haven't had any [implants]. I've done lasers and got [filler] injections under my eyes for the hollowing — which I'd recommend for everyone who wants a solution for their dark circles — but all of my assets are real! People tend to think they are fake, but it doesn't really matter.’
The pop queen was quick to add that she’s not against women having nip/tuck. ‘Of course, always be your authentic self — but if someone wants a nose job that makes them feel better, and they love their profile more because of it, it's like 'Go ahead!' Do whatever makes you feel better about yourself. Stay in therapy, but get it, girl.’
Tyra Banks
While some celebs are happy to just flat out deny they have fake boobs, Tyra was so fed up with constantly having to deny it that she went on national TV to have a sonogram performed by a doctor. After the procedure, he confirmed what she’d always insisted, ‘Tyra Banks has natural breasts; there are no implants’.
Relieved, Tyra explained, ‘I’m tired of this rumour. It’s something that’s followed me forever.’ She added, 'By no means am I saying a breast implant is a bad thing, but it's not a choice that I made. But it's something that a lot of the public think that I have, and that's so frustrating for me.'
The model has however confessed to having surgery on her nose early on in her career because she had bones ‘growing and itching’ in her nasal passages. And she happily added that there are some very fake aspects to her good looks. 'I got fake hair, y'all. I got fake eyelashes!’
Christina Hendricks
Her voluptuous good looks have earned her an army of male fans but there have also been question marks over whether she’d had help from the surgeon. And speaking about it, she revealed that she was a bit fed up with the speculation.
The Mad Men star, reported to be a fulsome 36F, said, ‘It's so bizarre that people are constantly asking if my breasts are real or fake. They're so obviously real that anyone who's ever seen or touched a breast would know.’
And Christina said she’s happy to be a flag bearer for natural bodies.
‘If there's anything to be learned from me it's that I'm learning to celebrate what I was born with, even though it's sometimes been inconvenient. Having larger breasts has made it harder for me to shop throughout the years, but I've learned to love it.’
Sofia Vergara
Although she accepts that her assets opened doors in the early days of her acting career, Sofia has said how she sometimes wishes she had fake boobs instead of her naturally fabulous size 32Fs.
Admitting that her looks made it easier for her to get on in the industry, she said, 'It would be absurd to deny it or for that to make me feel bad. My giant boobs and my body opened doors for me; they were my passport to the world when I was 20 years old when I started as a model, but today I’m 51 years old and I’m still here!’
She’d previously spoken of how she’d fantasised about having fake boobs as her real ones were starting to suffer under the effects of gravity! She said, ‘Believe me, I wish I had fake boobs. I lay down and they completely go down like all the way, like here… It’s not fun.’ But the Modern Family star gets a bit cross with all the focus on her charms, adding, ‘If you only see my boobs, then that’s your problem!’
Emily Ratajowski
In an ironic twist, Emily’s all-natural boobs are said to be the number one choice for women who go into surgeons’ offices wanting celebrity lookalike cleavages.
However, Emily has insisted over the years that she is surgery-free and laughed when asked if they were natural, insisting, ‘Yes they are real!’
She also lashed out after a French magazine airbrushed her lips and cleavage for a photo-shoot, saying, ‘I was extremely disappointed to see my lips and breasts altered in photoshop on this cover. I hope the fashion industry will finally learn to stop trying to stifle the things that make us unique and instead begin to celebrate individuality.’
Although she’s rightfully proud of her hooters, Emily says she’s encountered envy while auditioning for roles, revealing, ‘There’s this thing that happens to me: ‘Oh, she’s too sexy’. It’s like an anti-woman thing, people don’t want to work with me because my boobs are too big. What’s wrong with boobs? They’re a beautiful, feminine thing that needs to be celebrated. Like, who cares? They are great big, they are great small. Why should that be an issue?’

Are Halle’s hooters the real deal? Well, we’d say that’s a definite yes after she tackled the doubters live on TV.
In a skit on Jimmy Kimmel Live, she set the record straight when she responded to a claim in the Mean Tweets section of the show that her ‘boobs are lopsided’. She coolly replied, ‘Well, when they’re real, that happens!’
And despite speculation in the past that she’d had surgery, an insider told a showbiz website that Halle’s boobs are 100% natural – but added that she spends time and money on keeping them looking Insta perfect.
‘She spends a good $10k a month on her décolleté and it pays off. Halle has laser resurfacing and vein treatments, plus she uses Crème de la Mer on her neck, chest and cleavage. Then there’s firm boosting creams and exfoliation, plus she does loads of push-ups and chest-strengthening exercises. Halle looks fantastic and she’s proud of the fact she achieves her looks without the help of a surgeon.’
