EXCLUSIVE: Charlotte Crosby opens up about her ‘uniboob’ corrective surgery

Charlotte Crosby is no stranger to horrible internet trolls and has had to develop a very thick skin over the years – particularly when it comes to her cosmetic surgery.

She’s taken flack on social media for her lips and last year was criticised for her nose job procedure. Now, speaking exclusively to heat magazine, Char has opened up about her recent surgery to correct her ‘uniboob’.

After revealing she’d suffered from a condition called ‘congenital symmatasia’ since birth, the former Geordie Shore star underwent a three-hour corrective operation on her breasts early last month.

“It really limited what I could wear without people saying, ‘What the f-ck’s wrong with her boobs?’ and it got to the point in my life where I was thinking, ‘Should I Just get it done? I’m young, I wish I had a body where I can wear different clothes’,” she told heat of her decision to have the op.

Charlotte also explained that while the trolls didn’t affect her too much, she’d constantly compare herself to other girls and say ‘I wish mine looked like that.’

Speaking about the actual procedure, Char revealed she’d done a lot of research before going under the knife.

“It was a complex operation because it’s congenital symmatasia – that’s the medical term, meaning I was born with it so it was harder to treat.

“They had to go under the boobs and the tissue and put sutures – which are internal stitches - onto the breast bone,” she continued.

Char revealed it was her now ex-boyfriend Stephen Bear who was by her side when she had the surgery – despite him saying he thought her boobs were already perfect.
