The Loch Ness Monster, the Abominable Snowman, Taylor Swift’s belly button… there are many things in this world we’re desperate to see. But, this week, we can tick one off the list, as heat exclusively reveals the first pictures of Charlotte Crosby’s new nose.
After years of telling everyone she was fed up with the small hook in her nose, last month, Charlotte Crosby went under the knife – and took heat every step of the way with her, sharing her nose-job diary with us 11 days after the op.
But Charlotte’s nose is just the latest in more than £20,000 of work to transform herself – aside from dropping four dress sizes, she’s also had multiple Botox and lip fillers – and the difference between the Geordie Shore star at the start of her career in 2011 and today is incredible.
So, how does she feel about her astonishing transformation? And is this really the end of her journey?
What was it like having the final bandage off?
I went to the clinic in Birmingham to get them taken off – me mam and [Geordie Shore’s] Holly [Hagan] were there for support. They saw it first and gasped, me mam even screamed a little bit. I was like, “Does it look bad?” And she was like, “Shit, Charlotte, it looks so good!”
What about when you saw it for the first time?
I was a bit worried. When I looked in the mirror, I felt like it was a different person looking back at us, because it has changed me face a little bit. But I literally loved it. I became overcome with emotion and nearly cried. I was so happy – I was blown away by the fact that someone was able to do that, change something so perfectly and make it look so beautiful.
Last week, you told us that you were worried about not recognising yourself…
The first time I saw it, I got a shock – I thought it had changed us a little bit, but not in a bad way.
Have you taken loads of selfies from the side?
Yeah, it’s all I do now. I’ve taken at least 200 so far.
What do your mates think?
They all love it. They’re like, “We can’t believe how good it looks. We wouldn’t have ever said you need it done, but now we’d never say go back to the old nose.” My old nose was awful, it was so bad.
