Cheryl and Liam Payne were the celeb couple literally nobody saw coming and which now appears to be coming to an end - it's been reported that the pair might be splitting up and Liam Payne is seeking advice from a divorce lawyer.
A source tole The Sun: "Liam has sought some legal advice but he still wants to make it work. It is sensible to be prepared for all options.
"With a young son and a number of assets between them there is more to breaking up than just parting ways. He hopes it doesn't come to it but he's just being careful."
They continued: "If they didn’t have Bear then they would have most likely split up by now
It's now been reported that Cheryl will go on BBC Breakfast tomorrow, with some people predicting that she will discuss the split, according to OK!.
This comes after Liam paid a touching tribute to his girlfriend on Valentine's Day.
He posted a photo of baby Bear Payne wearing a baby grow with the words "Bear is mummy's little Valentine". He captioned the pic: "Happy Valentine's Day @cherylofficial and everyone. looks like I've got the big guy to compete with now 🤷🏻♂️😂😂😂".
Cheryl and Liam went public with their relationship in 2016, and have one son, Bear Payne, together.
