Apparently Cheryl ‘won’t return to The X-Factor if Louis Walsh is on the panel’

As well as providing us with something to do every weekend and some very nice eye candy (Rak-Su, we're looking at you), *The X-Factor *is also home to a number of celebrity feuds.

And the latest one belongs to Cheryl and Louis Walsh. According to Closer magazine, Cheryl has given Simon an ultimatum: he has to pick between her and Louis Walsh to be on the judging panel for the next_X-Factor_. SAY WHAT?!

It's no secret that Cheryl and Louis have had a strained relationship over the years. Louis has made a number of digs at Cheryl and it seems this bickering pair can't just let things rest.

Previously, Louis has described Cheryl as "lazy" and "irrelevant", while Cheryl has dubbed him a "silly old man looking for attention". Ouch.

If you thought that 2018 was going to be a year of peace and forgiveness, think again, because now a source has claimed that Cheryl "called Simon and said she wasn’t sure she could return to the show if Louis or Sinitta were hired."

“Simon now feels stuck in the middle and he said her X Factor role could be in jeopardy.

“Cheryl used to be able to pull all the strings with Simon but that sparkle has fizzled out." Eeeeek, this can't be good news.

Two months ago *The X-Factor *opened up their applications for 2018, but who will be judging the contestants? Guess we'll have to wait for Simon decide which one of the bickering judges he's siding with. Will it be new mum Cheryl or lifelong pal Louis?

We'll be waiting with bated breath.
