Cheryl and Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini officially divorced this morning in a quickie court session lasting 14 seconds, leaving her to focus on her relationship with Liam Payne.
And despite them never signing a pre-nup to prevent JB from taking Cheryl's earnings in the event of a split, the pair have already come to a financial agreement - and Jean-Bernard won't be getting any money.
As her rep said this morning: "Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini have today obtained Decree Nisi in their divorce proceedings.
"No further comment will be made and they ask for their privacy to be respected."
It's been revealed by the Mirror that Cheryl has cited JB's "unreasonable behaviour" in the divorce papers, even alleging that he had led to her "stress and weight loss".
JB hasn't responded to these claims.
It throws up the question of what Cheryl's surname will now be - could she revert to Tweedy, her birth name? Or go back to her first married moniker, Cole? Or just go full 2016 and make her Twitter handle her official name, Cheryl Original?
Because that would make us LOL.
She and JB married in July 2014 in a private beach ceremony after a whirlwind romance. Things seemed to be going well until her X Factor 2015 stint, when they were hit with rumours that their relationship was on the rocks.

They separated in October last year and within months Cheryl was dating Liam - and is facing speculation that she is now pregnant with his baby.
None of the three of them have commented publicly about the divorce or the pregnancy rumours, but that hasn't stopped eagle-eyed fans jumping on every tweet and picture that Cheryl and Liam post.

It comes close on the heels of his announcement that he's been signed to Republic Records - so could this be the name of his first solo single?
