After recently making her return to Instagram, Cheryl is now officially back and, boy oh boy, is she glowing. The singer posted pictures from a mystery photo shoot two weeks ago, before later making the big announcement to her followers that she is moving into the wellness world.

Cheryl, 37, has partnered with supplements brand “Feel”, writing, “I really want self-care to be accessible to everyone which is why I’ve chosen to partner up with [Feel] a brand that makes science led clean health products without the premium price tag. Taking Feel Multivitamins has become my daily ritual and I am so excited to share them with you all.”

Cheryl has invested an undisclosed amount in the health start-up and will work in a strategic role with them, as well as an ambassador and face of the brand.

The mum of one – she shares four-year-old Bear with ex-boyfriend Liam Payne – has said she only works with brands she is passionate about and would use herself, calling her partnership with Feel, “A natural evolution of my personal health and wellbeing story, and one that I am incredibly happy to be getting involved with.”

Seemingly taking a step back from her music and TV career, Cheryl said last week, “I’m 20 years into my career, I’m looking for new things that I feel inspired by. I’m learning all the time and I’m interested.”

She also said she’d been on a “journey” since her pregnancy, but that it was lockdown that encouraged her to look into mindfulness and meditation. “It's life changing,” she said last week. “It makes you more peaceful and happy."

Cheryl revealed that as well as meditation, she favours a calmer type of workout these days, admitting she loves yoga and Pilates but none of the “jumping around stuff”. “It fitted into the hectic lifestyle I had,” she said to Marie Claire. “And I’ve shuffled everything around. I just don’t live like that anymore.”

Kimberley Walsh

Kimberley was pretty unproblematic in Girls Aloud, although we can't forget when she completely backed Cheryl throwing shade at Nicole Scherzinger. Kimberley also didn't seem keen on the idea of the Pussycat Dolls star launching a solo career.

Nadine Coyle

After Girls Aloud split in 2013, Nadine made it clear that it was not her idea. "You should know by now I had no part in any of this split business. I couldn't stop them. I had the best time & want to keep going," she tweeted at the time.

Nadine Coyle - 2020

Nadine has pretty much become a meme after the nation discovered how she says "flour" on Sunday Brunch. She launched her own solo career, took part in I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! 2019 and following a brief split from her fiancé Jason Bell they went on to have a child and tie the knot. Unfortunately they split months before she flew out to the jungle.

Sarah Harding

Sarah was definitely the funniest of the group. Remember at the Brit Awards in 2009 when Girls Aloud won Best Single for The Promise and Sarah shouted down the microphone, "Can I just say, it's about timmmeee… I think I just wet myself." Obsessed.

Nicole Roberts

Remember when Matt Willis called Nicola a "rude ginger b-tch" and she hit back but writing 'I'm a rude ginger b-tch… bothered!' on her shorts? Now that's iconic.

Nicola has also launched her solo career and she won the first series of The Masked Singer UK.

She also divulged about how her cooking habits had changed over lockdown, revealing she used meal kit provider Mindful Chef. “I got so fed up of thinking what to cook, I’d be walking around in circles. I also feel like I’m always cooking toddler food.”

Referring to Bear, Cheryl said she was happy to slow the pace of her life down to focus on her son.

“You just realise how little some of the stuff you cared about – and I mean, really cared – actually matters,” she said on becoming a parents. “It just dissipates. Like, I’m going to be forty in two years. People say I’ve changed – thank god for that. Is that meant to be a diss? I take that as a compliment. Change is necessary.”
